What is the payment process for new orders?

To place an order, we require a 50% deposit with the balance due on delivery.  

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash, checks, PayPal, credit cards will all be accepted. 

Where do you ship?

We offer free delivery in the Central Oregon / Bend area. Shipping to any location can be arranged.  

Do you offer DIY tables?

We offer tables in “knock down” form to save on shipping, or for those that enjoy the satisfaction of putting their own table together.  

Are the table stain colors set?

We can offer this in pre-stained or raw material.  

Do you offer bulk orders?

We can schedule custom table builds in batches to keep costs down.  

What types of flexibility do you offer in terms of shipping timelines for special events, weddings, or large orders?

If you have a specific delivery date, we will do our best to accommodate. We will usually need 4-6 weeks lead time, first come first serve. Depending on lead time we could accommodate orders into the dozens.  

Do you offer custom sizing with the table designs?

We usually build tables in 5-8’ lengths with a little bit of leeway for trimming ends. We can use just about any wood to build the tables; Douglas fir bases and cedar tops is our normal go-to. We also have some redwood and aromatic cedar for a custom live edge appearance. With thicker material for the tops and benches we have built tables up to 10’.

Do you offer specials or discounted pricing?

From time to time, we offer furniture at a reduced price if we have purchased extra materials. Discounted items will continue while supplies last. We also we will offer them at an introductory price.  We will also offer team color tables at a discount, or free of charge, on orders over 3.
